Pathogenesis: Infection of respiratory epithelium leads to spread
to liver/spleen/lymph and viremia. Infection then spreads. Damage to cell is
not cytopathic. Rash due to immune complex formation in blood.
Complications: In adults, arthritis, encephalopathy
